Before starting this business, I served in the military — and that experience shaped how I approach this work. Attention to detail, discipline, and doing the job right the first time aren't optional in my line of work; they're the standard.

I'm a licensed and insured inspector and a proud member of InterNACHI, which means I hold myself to ongoing training and a strict code of ethics — not just the minimum required by the state.

I started this business inspecting homes for Florida families — but that same standard of precision and honesty applies whether I'm evaluating a single-family home or a commercial property for a business owner or investor.
